17 new affordable homes launched

April saw Eden Housing Association (EHA) officially open 17 affordable homes in Penrith. This positive news is a real boost for the town which has seen so much development work come to a halt in recent months.

The new scheme of houses, flats and maisonettes for rental and shared ownership sale represents the fruit of a productive partnership between EHA and Eden District Council (EDC).
