We focus on sustainability and growth in Cumbria’s rural and market town communities. That is why the housing schemes we develop focus on mixed tenure – rent and low cost home ownership in these areas.

Quality is important in the homes we build and we use as many energy efficient materials as we can - utilising sustainable sources wherever possible.

In our first 10 years we developed over 300 affordable homes for rental and low cost sale through new build, conversion and acquisition.

We aim to provide a minimum of 50 new homes per year so welcome approaches from businesses, landowners, developers and other interested parties who may wish to help us achieve our objectives.
