Developing sites

The actual building and development of the site is the shortest phase of the project!! The hard work is in the developing and planning beforehand. We liaise at every step of the way with statutory authorities, Parish Councils, planners, building control and the local neighbourhood.

To produce a scheme of houses it is important to keep disruption to a minimum for local occupants. We look to the detail – for example making sure deliveries are outside of school start and finish times, that the roads are swept and that the community is looked after as best possible.

Whenever possible we like to get the local schools involved – several schools have created the name for the development and we like to encourage their interest in affordable homes for local people. We like to involve people at the beginning and also like to get feedback at the end – that way we can make improvements to the developments of the future.
