How well are we doing?

Our latest Quarterly Performance Report is available as a related document to the right. This report presents some basic facts and figures along with our performance against targets set; these targets are set annually by the EHA Board and other external agencies.

The column 'Manager’s commentary' gives some background information.

If you do not understand or have any questions on any area of our performance, we will be pleased to discuss this with you. Please ask to speak to our Business Intelligence Officer.

Any feedback or comments on our performance will be gratefully received.

Customer Survey

Our 2007 customer survey results are also included in the related documents area to the right.  You can view the entire 38 page document or view the much shorter, executive summary. We undertake a survey of all our tenants and residents every two years and use this valuable feedback to improve our performance.
