Managing and developing property portfolio's for others

Mitre Housing Assocation & Lowther & District

We maintain existing property portfolio's for the above Assocaitons using our own Property Management Team who organise and manage repairs. Our Housing Team look after housing issues for their tenants.

Eden Housing Association is also pleased to be involved with 'Mitre's' refurbishment and new build programme of work which is managed through our own Development Team. Pictured above is one of the Mitre Housing Association properties visited by HRH Prince Charles in 2008.
