Managing property

On behalf of Mitre Housing Association we manage and develop their property portfolio

We maintain their existing property portfolio using our own Property Management Team who organise and manage repairs, whilst our Housing Team look after housing issues for Mitre tenants.

Eden Housing Association is also pleased to be involved with 'Mitre's' refurbishment and new build programme of work which is managed through our own Development Team. Pictured above is one of the Mitre Housing Association properties visited by HRH Prince Charles in 2008.
