Mobile support in the community

As part of our ongoing development we are working closer with tenants in our community. We are now providing floating support for more vulnerable residents to enable them to maintain their independence in their own homes.

How do we help?

• We monitor the health and wellbeing of people in the community

• We provide advice on a range of concerns from housing to health and care worries

• We provide advocacy for people who require assistance in securing the services they need

• We act as a referral mechanism to promote and maintain independent living skills.

Most of the tenants we support in the community are using our community alarm sevice.
