The development of 21 affordable homes was part funded by the outright sale of 9 properties.

Developed for the Association by Penrith contractor Atkinson Homes, the whole scheme consisted of 30 properties. Nine of these were for outright sale to help fund the remaining 21 affordable homes. Whilst Eden Housing Association (EHA) received some Government subsidy, it was minimal and the Development Team at EHA worked hard to create a mixture of shared ownership, shared equity and rental accommodation.
