Initiatives help keep rent arears low

The Association is constantly achieving low rent arears because of the policies they adopt to help tenants stay in control. The Christmas draw to win a hamper was one such initiative. The hamper was a thank you to tentants who pay on time and an incentive for those who had arears in the run up to Christmas.
