Extra Care Village gets underway

The Carlisle Extra Care Village concept has now turned into a reality - the two years of preparation was celebrated by a sod cutting ceremon on a day that also marked the start of work on the site. Present at the event were senior representatives from the County Council, Carlisle City Council, NHS PCT and development partners of Eden Housing Assocaition.
