Developing partnerships to build communities

Developing affordable homes and communities is only possible because of the close relationships and partnerships we have built since we began in 1997. We work closely with local authorities, agencies, partners and private businesses to enable the continuing programme of building affordable homes and providing the support services in the communities.

For Mitre Housing Association and Lowther & District Housing Association, we manage and develop their property portfolio's. We are proud of the relationships we have with local planning authorities, architects and builders for all the homes we have built to date. Our communities matter and we are continually looking to improve links with local community service providers.

The ongoing work with Eden Youth Work Partnership has forged greater understanding between our young and older residents in our communities and we look forward to developing this further. We welcome interest from authorities, agencies and businesses looking to develop homes and communities across Cumbria and would be happy to discuss potential projects.
