So what do our customers think of Eden Housing Association?

That’s what we asked last Autumn when all EHA tenants and leaseholders were invited to take part in our satisfaction survey. The survey was carried out on our behalf by Survey Solutions. 818 people (approx 52% of our tenants and leaseholders) sent back completed questionnaires responding to questions about a variety of the services we provide.

 
On the whole, most people were satisfied with our services. Repairs & maintenance was voted as the most important aspect of our service and 90% of customers said they were satisfied with the way we deal with repairs & maintenance. Car parking was one issue that was of concern to many people (37% of you said it was a big problem). A third of respondents didn’t know that we have a formal complaints procedure. Most people said they are happy with our current opening hours but there was some support for extended opening hours with Saturday mornings being the most popular option.
