We keep a waiting list for our properties and the length of time you will wait depends upon your housing need compared to others on the waiting list and the demand for different properties. You can download details of our lettings in the last 6 months from the Associated Documents area to the right. This document gives some idea of current waiting times for different types of property. One bedroomed ground floor flat, within the extra care scheme, with a care team from Cumbria Care on duty 24hours a day for those tenants with a care package, and emergency cover for all tenants. The scheme prides itself in having 24hr cover either by supported housing officers or Cumbria care staff. The building is surrounded by private grounds including seating areas.

Mill Gardens, Sheltered Housing Scheme Kirkby Stephen for the over 50’s

Self contained flats in a scheme which benefits from 24 hour cover either with Supported Housing Officers on duty during the day, when staff are off duty or away from the scheme Careline Control Centre will receive the alarm call and provide assistance in an emergency. Grisedale Croft, Sheltered Housing Scheme Alston for the 0ver 50’s
