- We will be dealing with a high volume of repairs calls today. If you have a non-urgent repair, please report this using MyAccount or via email: [email protected]. This will help keep our lines available for emergency repairs
- There are a number of power cuts across our area, if you have no power, please check with Electric North West before calling repairs (Power cuts)
- If you do have a repair which is urgent, please contact our repairs team on 01768 861400 or email repairs at [email protected]
- Roof damage: Our contractors will attend to make safe if necessary, but they will not be able to complete any roofing repairs until the winds have dropped.
- A reminder that Eden Housing Association are not responsible for repairs to party fencing.
- It may take some extra time to respond to emergency repairs due to weather conditions.
- Please take care during the strong winds and weather, and only travel if absolutely necessary.
