As part of how we are financed, we need valuations of some of your homes. This will be happening in the first 2 weeks in February.
Surveys will be carried out for us by Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), a firm of Chartered Surveyors: 
These inspections are part of a rolling programme required by our lenders, and will not lead to any change to your tenancy or to your rent.
JLL will be surveying between 3rd and 14th February, which might include coming into your home.
We will be in touch with you if your home is selected, to let you know more about the inspection.
Please note: these inspections are not to highlight repair issues – you will need to report these in the usual way please.
