WHO? All households will be contacted by Acuity, a specialist research company who already work with us
WHY? The information we gather helps us make sure our services are inclusive, accessible and tailored to yours and your households individual needs.
WHEN? Over the next 6 weeks (March, April 2025)
HOW? Firstly we’ll contact tenants with email or text to complete a secure online survey, then by post… then Acuity will follow up by telephone from 01768 526301
