Managing and developing property portfolio’s for others
Eden Housing Association has long standing experience of managing property. We maintain existing property portfolios for Mitre Housing Association and Allonby Almshouses Trust using our own Asset Management Team who organise and manage repairs and oversee a programme of planned improvements.
Our Housing Team is highly experienced in managing the letting of properties and looks after housing issues for tenants of Mitre Housing Association.
Eden Housing Association is also pleased to be involved with Mitre’s refurbishment and new build programme of work which is managed through our own Development Team.
Mitre Housing Association owns around 140 properties across Cumbria. It is led by a Board of Management comprising 8 individuals who act on behalf of the Association in a voluntary capacity.
The Bishop of Carlisle, the Rt Revd James Newcome, is the President of Mitre Housing Association.
