If you have nowhere to stay we may be able to help by making arrangements to place you and your family in temporary accommodation while your homeless application is being assessed.

Severe Weather Emergency Protocol (SWEP)
Severe Weather Emergency Protocol (SWEP) aims to get rough sleepers off the streets during periods of below zero night-time temperatures, by providing emergency accommodation. The trigger for SWEP is when the night time temperature is predicted to be zero degrees or below for three consecutive nights.
No Second Night Out
As part of our commitment to No Second Night Out we will assist in finding emergency accommodation.
