Part Time Property Compliance and Facilities Coordinator

Salary: £27,310.82 FTE (£11,071.95 pro rata)

Due to an internal move we have two roles available to join our internal compliance team.

The Compliance and Facilities Officer will work closely with the Compliance Manager and is a key role ensuring that all aspects of compliance are safely and efficiently delivered, working with and understanding all relevant regulations and legislation.

The Compliance and Facilities Coordinator will work as a member of the compliance team supporting colleagues with effective administration of records relating to our properties and facilities.

The internal compliance team work with and support their internal colleagues by ensuring that our properties have their cyclical checks carried out in accordance with the required timescales. Additionally, this team are responsible for other facilities management across the Association. They also work closely with contractors and our customers. This is a busy team and the work that they do is an integral part of the Association.
