How to make payments

We offer a variety of payment methods, including:

Direct Debit

Our preferred and probably the easiest way to pay is by Direct Debit from your bank account. It comes with a money back guarantee through the Direct Debit Guarantee. You keep control with advanced notification of any changes over £1.00 and a choice of payment dates. We offer monthly on the 1st and 15th, or if you prefer weekly payments we offer Mondays or Fridays. You can set up a Direct Debit from MyAccount

Swipe Card

Using your swipe card you can pay at PayPoint, Post Offices or online at over the phone 0844 5578321.

Debit Card

You can pay with a debit card from MyAccount

Text Payments

To use this service you must register on the website, providing your debit and swipe card details. You will then receive a text password to use with your debit card. Once registered you can make payments and check your account history at the touch of a button.


Do you have an Apple or Android Smartphone or tablet? If so, we have a new method for you to pay your rent. Allpay has developed a free mobile application (App) to allow you to securely pay for your rent at the touch of a button. This can also be used on an Apple or Android tablet. All you need to do is download the App from the App Store and Google Play (formerly the Android Market) and if you are registered to pay with Allpay via SMS or the internet, you can use the App immediately.
