Our customer service team are open for telephone enquiries Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, and on a Wednesday 9.30am-5pm. We are closed on bank holidays. Outside of these hours your call will be answered by our out of hours service.
Our team are available Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm, with the exception of all UK bank holidays and Wednesdays from 9.30 am. If you have an emergency repair which cannot wait until the next working day it will be dealt with by our Out of Hours service. Please note the Out of Hours call handler phone lines are extremely busy, do NOT hang up they will get to your call as soon as they can.
