What if I have difficulty paying my rent? We are here to help. If you fail to pay your rent your account will fall into arrears. If this happens it is very important that you contact Eden Housing Association as a matter of urgency so that  we can discuss your situation.  You can contact us by sending us a secure message via MyAccount or using the contact us link below. We will be sympathetic to your circumstances and will not ask you to repay your arrears at a rate you cannot afford. We will try our hardest to offer as much advice and assistance as possible. Alternatively if you feel you cannot speak to us there are independent agencies who can provide you with help such as the Citizens Advice Bureau or Shelter, who can provide you with help, assistance and support such as completing forms, maintaining your tenancy and managing multiple debts. 

We offer a variety of payment methods, including: Direct Debit Our preferred and probably the easiest way to pay is by Direct Debit from your bank account. It comes with a money back guarantee through the Direct Debit Guarantee. You keep control with advanced notification of any changes over £1.00 and a choice of payment dates. We offer monthly on the 1st and 15th, or if you prefer weekly payments we offer Mondays or Fridays. You can set up a Direct Debit from MyAccount Swipe Card Using your swipe card you can pay at PayPoint, Post Offices or online at www.allpay.net over the phone 0844 5578321. Debit Card You can pay with a debit card from MyAccount Text Payments To use this service you must register on the www.allpayments.net/textpay website, providing your debit and swipe card details. You will then receive a text password to use with your debit card. Once registered you can make payments and check your account history at the touch of a button.
