The Association works with a range of local and county-wide partners to provide maintenance and improvement services to our properties and estates. We also provide a repairs and maintenance service for properties belonging to Mitre Housing Association, to whom we provide management services.

- Eden Works– our own in-house team, delivering joinery and plumbing repairs around Penrith
- Glendale– based in Preston, delivering our grounds maintenance and grass cutting service across Eden
