Eden Works and Caretaker Services
Eden Works
Eden Works was created to compliment our main repairs contractor and help give tenants a responsive, reliable and personal repairs service. By bringing some additional joinery and plumbing skills in‑house, we can reduce wait times, improve consistency and make sure that the people carrying out repairs in your home understand our standards and values.
Caretaker Service
Our caretaker service was introduced in 2025 to improve communal area standards, and to manage a number of safety checks in-house, so any issues can be addressed quickly.
Angela leads on keeping shared spaces clean whilst Erol leads on servicing and safety checks.
They work across our estates and in our Independent Living Schemes carrying out a number of tasks… from cleaning communal areas, inspections, servicing smoke alarms and carrying out fire door checks.
Financial Inclusion
Our Financial Inclusion Officers offer appointments for tenants who require support with managing their finances.
Lucy and Angela offer support with benefit advice, checks and applications.
