Land and Development Manager
Location Penrith, Cumbria
Salary: £36 – £40k (Based on qualifications and experience)
We’re looking for a skilled and innovative Land and Development Manager to join us.
Whilst appropriate experience is vital, we want to make sure that we find the right person with the right attitude to help strengthen our organisation for the benefit of our tenants and local communities.
You will play a key role in establishing a future pipeline of affordable housing schemes whilst managing current on-site projects with the support of commissioned development experts. In addition you will manage our land and assets portfolio to achieve value for money for the business.
Ideally you will have experience of land acquisitions and management or housing development, and a relevant qualification. We commit to investing in your future personal development.

Customer Scrutiny Panel
We are recruiting new members to form a Customer Scrutiny Panel – would you be interested?
The Customer Panel will be able to challenge Eden Housing Association on the quality of our services.
As a member of the Panel you would give an independent view on how we are performing and the processes we use, highlight what is good about our current service and what needs to change.
Members of the Panel are volunteers but we reimburse travel, childcare costs and other out of pocket expenses. You will be given full training to allow you the skills to fulfil the role.
