Salary – £23,246
EHA are looking for a Temporary Property Assistant. This temporary role will focus on streamlining all administrative, performance monitoring and data functions necessary within the contracts and property team to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the function.
The role will include general administration and data management across the team particularly focussing on planned investment works and property compliance, but also covering cyclical maintenance, facilities management and responsive repairs, as well as our own in-house team; Eden Works.

Customer Scrutiny Panel
We are recruiting new members to form a Customer Scrutiny Panel – would you be interested?
The Customer Panel will be able to challenge Eden Housing Association on the quality of our services.
As a member of the Panel you would give an independent view on how we are performing and the processes we use, highlight what is good about our current service and what needs to change.
Members of the Panel are volunteers but we reimburse travel, childcare costs and other out of pocket expenses. You will be given full training to allow you the skills to fulfil the role.
