Customer Advisor (Repairs Specialist)
37 Hours (job share would be considered)
We’re looking for a Customer Advisor (Repairs Specialist) to join us. The position is a role which is responsible for dealing with repair requests and other maintenance related issues by telephone, email or at the office. Diagnosing general maintenance faults and liaising with the Assets Coordinator and Technical Support Officers to ensure timely pre and post inspections are made. You will also play a key role in assisting with general administration relating to contracts, including IT input and record keeping, including supervision of in-house operatives and external contractors.
Ideally you will have excellent customer service skills and have a good knowledge of the repairs and maintenance sector. We commit to investing in your future personal development.

Customer Scrutiny Panel
We are recruiting new members to form a Customer Scrutiny Panel – would you be interested?
The Customer Panel will be able to challenge Eden Housing Association on the quality of our services.
As a member of the Panel you would give an independent view on how we are performing and the processes we use, highlight what is good about our current service and what needs to change.
Members of the Panel are volunteers but we reimburse travel, childcare costs and other out of pocket expenses. You will be given full training to allow you the skills to fulfil the role.
