Facilities and Property Compliance Officer
Salary – (£28,008 pro rata £16,653.40)
22 Hours per week
EHA are looking for a Facilities and Compliance Officer to assist in the delivery of the Association’s facilities maintenance and property compliance contracts and programmes.
Key accountabilities will include:-
- Organising the delivery of gas safety services to include annual gas safety checks and gaining access to inaccessible homes.
- Maintaining effective mechanisms to ensure gas, LGP, oil, ASHP & renewables and solid fuel appliances are inspected annually.
- Maintaining up-to-date records for the proper management of the gas safety programme and all other property compliance programmes.
- Ensuring EHA meet all statutory and HSE requirements relating to identified areas of property compliance.

Customer Scrutiny Panel
We are recruiting new members to form a Customer Scrutiny Panel – would you be interested?
The Customer Panel will be able to challenge Eden Housing Association on the quality of our services.
As a member of the Panel you would give an independent view on how we are performing and the processes we use, highlight what is good about our current service and what needs to change.
Members of the Panel are volunteers but we reimburse travel, childcare costs and other out of pocket expenses. You will be given full training to allow you the skills to fulfil the role.
