Salary – £33,389
EHA is contracted to provide the Housing Advice & Homelessness Service on behalf of Eden District Council. We require an experienced manager to work closely with the Director of Operations and colleagues at EDC to plan and lead the delivery of a high quality, cost efficient Housing Advice & Homelessness Service in a time of significant change.
The Key accountabilities will include:
- Ensuring we deliver an effective, professional housing advice service including offering a full range of advice on housing options to ensure a comprehensive homelessness prevention service making full use of any available schemes and initiatives.
- Being responsible for the day to day management and supervision of the Housing Options Team.
