EHA is contracted to provide the Housing Advice & Homelessness Service on behalf of Eden District Council. We are recruiting to the following position:-
Housing Options Officer (37 hours)
(We will consider job share if hours allow)
Salary – (£28,776 – £29,391)
We require an officer to work closely with the Housing Options Manager and colleagues at EDC to assist with the delivery of a high quality, cost efficient Housing Advice & Homelessness Service in a time of significant change.
The Key accountabilities will include:-
- To provide an effective, professional homelessness service including assessment and investigation of homeless approaches and applications in line with the contract between EDC and EHA and EDC’s statutory duties under Housing Act 1996 Part, The Homelessness Reduction Act 2017 and relevant case law.
