Property Assistant
(Fixed Term Contract 1 Feb 2024 until 31 March 2025)
22 hours per week (Days of week can be flexible)
£27,538 pro rata per annum
Due to internal promotions we have an opportunity for a part time Property Assistant to join us at Eden Housing Association.
The Property Assistant role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to be a part of the Property team, supporting with administrative duties and also to provide cover for team members. This role will be predominantly working with the SHDF funding and the retro fit requirements that are identified for our properties.
We are looking for someone who has a combination of the right skills and expertise, but most importantly someone who remains thirsty for knowledge, learning and personal development, with a can-do attitude.

Finance Assistant
5 days per week (37 Hours)
Salary – £27,538
We have an opportunity for a Finance Assistant to join the team at Eden Housing Association
The postholder will assist in responding to any financial queries in the organisation and process everything in regard to accounts including, Direct Debits, Housing Benefit and Invoices.
We’re a small team and we’re customer-focussed so we know that how we do things is just as important as what we do. The successful candidate should ideally have a keen interest in developing their knowledge and understanding of the Finance Department and the work we do.

Repairs Customer Advisor
4/5 days per week (37 Hours)
Salary £24,567 pro rata (Dependent on hours)
We’re looking for a Customer Advisor (Repairs Specialist) to join us. The position is a role which is responsible for dealing with repair requests and other maintenance related issues by telephone, email or at the office. Diagnosing general maintenance faults and liaising with colleagues across the business to ensure timely pre and post inspections are made. You will also play a key role in assisting with general administration relating to contracts, including IT input and record keeping and supervision of in-house operatives and external contractors.
Ideally you will have excellent customer service skills and have a good knowledge of the repairs and maintenance sector.
